Terms of Business (the “TOB”):

Pet Business Insurance (“PBI”) is providing policyholders with a trial service to utilise Vet On The Net to provide help and support if they have an issue with a pet that they are looking after.

Vet On The Net has been selected by PBI to provide complimentary online video veterinary consultations for PBI policyholders. Existing policyholders with a recognised PBI account (an “Authorised User”) can access the service here: https://vetonthenet.com/book-consultation. An Authorised User includes only existing PBI policyholders and new PBI policyholders, each with a recognised PBI account.

Each Authorised User is entitled to three (3) Vet On The Net consultations . Any subsequent consultation, consultations or related services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Authorised User’s insurance policy (“Insurance Policy”), with each subsequent consultation costing £24.

Vet On The Net will provide a copy of all of the Authorised User’s notes to PBI so that PBI’s claims department have full visibility of a consultations outcome.

PBI is trialling this service for three (3) months. Vet On The Net will not be included or listed in an Authorised User’s Insurance Policy until such time that PBI has permanently included the Vet On The Net service.

THIS IS A TRIAL SERVICE. PBI OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY IN ANY FORM WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENSES, COSTS, OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER, RESULTING OR ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM AN AUTHORISED USER’S USE OF OR INABILITIY TO USE VET ON THE NET OR ANY SERVICES LINKED TO IT.

Unless stated within the TOB (Terms of Business), an Authorised User’s Insurance Policy remains unchanged. If there is a conflict between the TOB (Terms of Business), and an Authorised User’s Insurance Policy, the Insurance Policy shall be determinative.
